High Plains Roofing was proud to complete the roofing installation for Hays Middle School as part of a major district transition. The middle school relocated from its former building into what was previously the high school facility, while a brand-new high school was constructed to serve the community. This project required a durable, long-lasting roofing solution capable of protecting a large institutional building with significant daily use.

For this project, our team installed a Thermoplastic PolyOlefin (TPO) roofing system, chosen for its energy efficiency, weather resistance, and proven performance on low-slope roofs. The TPO system provides excellent protection against Kansas weather conditions while helping improve overall building efficiency.
